Shipping Policy

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Rugged Raptor warrants to the original purchaser that its packs and gear will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

1. What This Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers any failure of the product resulting from manufacturing defects, including, but not limited to:

• Seam integrity failure.

• Zipper malfunction.

• Breakage of buckles, clips, or other hardware.

• Defects in fabric, webbing, or mesh.

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions):
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, or neglect.

• Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic scratches, fading, or patina).

• Improper care or cleaning (see care instructions).

• Loss or theft of the product.

• Damage from commercial use or acts of nature.

3. Obtaining Warranty Service:
To make a claim under this warranty, you must contact our Customer Service team at sales@ruggedraptor.com.au with:

• Your original proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

• A detailed description of the defect.

• Clear photographs of the product and the defect.

Our team will evaluate the claim and, if covered, provide instructions for repair or replacement. We will cover return shipping for approved warranty claims.

4. Limitation of Liability:
This warranty is your exclusive remedy, and Rugged Raptor's sole liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Some Countries/States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
