How long will my order take to arrive?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location:

Where do you ship?
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to certain destinations. We also reserve the right to decline orders from specific locations.
If your country is not available at checkout or you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us at sales@ruggedraptor.com.au before placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Please note that our warehouse processes orders quickly, and in some cases, your order may be packed and dispatched immediately after you place it. If we are unable to cancel your order in time, you are welcome to return it for a refund after it has been delivered – please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions.
If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Returns Policy to arrange a return once your order arrives.

What if my delivery takes longer than expected?
If your delivery time has exceeded the forecasted timeframe, please contact us at sales@ruggedraptor.com.au so that we can conduct an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. We will keep you updated throughout the process and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you select.

Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations, so please ensure you select a postal delivery option at checkout if you require delivery to a P.O. Box.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

We take great care in packing every Rugged Raptor backpack. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Warranty Policy for information on how we will repair or replace your product.
